Please arrive from 7pm and enjoy a drink and canapes and a chat with other Lib Dem members.  The AGM will start promptly at 7.30pm.

  1. Welcome by the Chair
  2. Apologies for absence
  3. Minutes of previous AGM held on 21st November 2023 to be approved and signed, subject to any amendments.
  4. Statuary reports from:
    • Chair
    • Treasurer (including the 2022 Local Party Accounts and the appointment of an Independent Inspector for the 2023 Local Party Accounts)
  5. Election of Officers and Ordinary Members of the Executive Committee:
    • Chair
    • Vice-Chairs (2)
    • Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • Membership Development Officer
    • Data Officer
    • Ordinary Members (maximum 10)
  6. Guest Speaker - Alison Bennett MP (Mid-Sussex)

Following the formal proceedings, there will be time to socialise over drinks.
